Meet Otanthia:

Your Wellness Advocate

My name is Otanthia Williams-Brady, and I am a board-certified nurse practitioner, health coach, and certified life coach, with years of experience as a lung transplant nurse coordinator and primary caregiver for my father, a kidney transplant recipient. My diverse experiences have provided me with firsthand insight into the challenges and anxieties that can accompany the transplant journey, the complexities of managing new and chronic health conditions, and the struggles of prioritizing wellness amongst these obstacles.

While I have not personally undergone a transplant, I do understand the difficulty in staying committed to oneself and embracing a wellness-centered life. Overcoming my own challenges with inconsistent lifestyle habits and managing chronic conditions has shown me how powerful education, mindset shifts, and accountability partnerships can be in gaining control over one’s well-being and quality of life. This realization ignited my passion to empower individuals to prioritize their well-being and embark on a healthier, more fulfilling life.

As a transplant recipient, you have been granted a second chance at life, which is an incredible gift, but it also comes with its own set of challenges. Despite the challenges that may occur, you deserve the opportunity to live your best life. Let me support you on your journey.
